• Act as a trusted technical resource for clients.
• Assist in the implementation of ProSOC MDR service solutions.
• Perform security reviews and monitoring of production environments.
• Install and configure security monitoring tools.
• Engage directly with clients to provide SME services.
• Participate in engineering team on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in security engineering and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Elastic Stack and security tools.
• Ability to work with clients and provide technical support.
• Familiarity with industry standards for security configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and TCPDUMP.
