Overview

We are looking for you as a Cloud Implementation Specialist for our Customer Care Team at our headquarters in Fulda or remote in Germany starting from June 1, 2025.

In Short

• Ensure optimal setup of applications for our customers.
• Guarantee integration of Proemion Cloud services into customer infrastructure.
• Advise customers on solutions for their business challenges.
• Coordinate integration projects and Data Science projects.
• Conduct legal consultations with support from our legal team.
• Experience with web service APIs and web-based authentication protocols.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.

Requirements

• Experience with web service APIs.
• Knowledge of web-based authentication and authorization protocols.
• Basic knowledge of web browser technologies.
• Experience with Python for Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently with external customers.
• Open to adopting new methods and technologies.
