Overview

We’re looking for an Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll partner with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for our largest and most complex businesses comprising top global Fortune 500 companies.

In Short

  • Partner to generate a healthy "Run Rate" business within your strategic segment.
  • Build relationships with construction management C-Suite and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Solution Specialists and Account Managers.
  • Participate in presentations and coordinate RFPs.
  • Expand existing business by addressing client's technical challenges.
  • Support Strategic Account Managers by building awareness within client organizations.
  • Achieve mastery of Procore’s product offerings and services.
  • Provide mentoring and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization.
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales model.
  • Effective communication skills via telephone and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting.
