Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner to join our GTM Enablement Team. This role will share responsibilities across the Global Enablement Partner Team and the Product Enablement Team, equipping internal revenue teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively engage with our products and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for SE/Solution Specialist GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and SE leadership for aligned training content.
• Create and maintain enablement content such as product guides and webinars.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Keep GTM teams updated on new product features and industry trends.
• Equip customer-facing teams with tools and messaging for effective presentations.
• Analyze enablement and business performance data to identify gaps.
• Manage cross-functional enablement projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
• Proven track record of Procore product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and support teams.
• Expertise in developing training and enablement programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to translate complex product information into engaging materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
