Analytics Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Analytics Specialist to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll turn our clients into Procore Analytics pros, ensuring success with their custom analytics projects.

In Short

• Lead analytics implementation projects including user training and client management.
• Consult clients on construction analytics best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within Procore.
• Collaborate and deliver statements of work for technical services projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams.
• Assist the BI development team with PowerBI solutions.
• Use client data and industry trends to drive future services engagements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience.
• 2+ years with a data visualization solution such as Power BI.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience with professional services and consulting practices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies.
• Effective communicator for technical and business audiences.
• Broad knowledge of technology developments and trends.
• Proactive analytical expertise and problem-solving approach.
• Proven ability to work independently to achieve results.
