• Act as a trusted consultant owning projects from sales hand-off through delivery.
• Lead end-to-end HubSpot projects including onboarding, migrations, and integrations.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage data migrations and CRM integrations.
• Guide clients through strategic planning and RevOps best practices.
• Deliver clear documentation and training to empower client teams.
• Identify new growth and improvement opportunities within client accounts.
• Manage client relationships with a proactive mindset.
• Drive accountability through advanced reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops.
• Experience as a strategic consultant supporting clients.
• Strong technical expertise in CRM design and marketing automation.
• Ability to connect business goals with technical solutions.
• Clear client-friendly communication skills.
