The Senior Value Based Care (VBC) Manager is responsible for developing and operationalizing value-based care programs that contribute to the overall success of Privia Health's strategy, focusing on strategic initiatives in various markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in value-based care for MSSP, MA, Medicaid, and Commercial.
• Care center workflow knowledge is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a growing environment.
• Emotional intelligence to foster provider engagement.
