In Short

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Work closely with the growth team to refine sales operations.
• Support post-sale efforts to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Assist in the development of best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with sales and activation teams for customized solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and Cohere’s platform.
• Lead complex solution design processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Act as the client advocate within Cohere.
• Document and share key account strategy and insights.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
• Expertise in value-based care models.
• Customer-orientation and start-up ready mindset.
• Highly collaborative and experience in team-led sales models.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic communication skills.
• Adept at shifting between operational and strategic mindsets.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
