Senior Manager, Value-Based Care Operations - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Value-Based Care Operations will manage a diversified value-based care platform with over 100+ contracts and over 1 million attributed lives across multiple lines of business.

• Manage existing and new value-based care arrangements.
• Implement workflows and troubleshoot issues related to value-based care.
• Build relationships with business owners and subject matter experts.
• Understand economic and clinical drivers of value-based care success.
• Develop action plans with stakeholders to drive performance.
• Deliver operational training for value-based care programs.
• Partner with teams to oversee operational decisions and project management.
• Maintain strategic relationships with national payers.
• Serve as an escalation point for issues from payers and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care operations.
• 2+ years in value-based care and analytics.
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid managed care.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and resourceful.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

• Salary range of $95,000 to $110,000.
• Annual bonus targeted at 15%.
