Senior Value Based Care Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Value Based Care (VBC) Manager is responsible for developing and operationalizing value-based care programs that contribute to the overall success of Privia’s value-based care strategy. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a deep understanding of value-based care principles.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in value-based care.
• Knowledge of care center workflows and EMR systems (Athena, Epic preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of value-based care concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with project management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with presentation tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly growing environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
