Overview

The M&A Integration Project Director will be a key member of the Business Development team, focusing on M&A, partnerships, and strategic opportunities, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to impact Privia's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience managing complex projects in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Base salary of $135,000 - $150,000/year.
