Overview

The Integration Project Manager will lead the end-to-end integration process for outbound clients at Flinks, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch.

• Own the integration process – defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution.
• Lead client communication – keeping stakeholders informed and translating technical details.
• Drive project execution – collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA.
• Manage risks – proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure a smooth handover – equip Relationship Managers with documentation and insights.
• Track key metrics – monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Optimize workflows – improve integration processes based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Skilled communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts.

• Experience with fintech integrations or API-based solutions.
