insightsoftware is seeking an Acquisition Integration Project Manager to support the integration efforts of our future acquisitions, including due diligence, value creation strategic plans, and core functional integration.

• Manage the execution of the functional integration plan from onboarding to completion.
• Partner with senior leaders to architect integration strategies.

• Support workstream leads in developing tailored integration plans.
• Participate in due diligence and assess integration challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of project management or acquisition integration experience.
• Knowledge of leading complex programs in tech companies.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Expertise in reporting and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling technology/software business.
• Ability to travel as needed for integration projects.
