Overview

The People Ops Manager will lead day-to-day people operations and strategic initiatives at Flinks, ensuring a supportive and effective employee experience.

In Short

  • Act as the primary HRBP for non-tech business units.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
  • Manage and support HR Business Partner for the Tech team.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech departments.
  • Drive company-wide people projects such as performance reviews.
  • Handle employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support compensation reviews and benefits administration.
  • Ensure collaboration with Finance and Legal on employment matters.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Use data to improve HR practices and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture.
  • Strong generalist skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics effectively.
  • Passionate about building employee experiences.
  • Natural project manager balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is a great asset.
  • Experience in organizational development is a plus.
