Privia Health is seeking a highly skilled Lead IT System Engineer specializing in Endpoint Solutions to manage and secure over 8,000 endpoints, ensuring the security, stability, scalability, and performance of our endpoint infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in IT system engineering focused on endpoint management.
• Expertise in antivirus monitoring and RMM platforms.
• Strong understanding of patch and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of CIS benchmarks.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint deployments.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Benefits

• Base pay of $104,000 - $130,000/year.
