We are actively recruiting a Lead Solution Engineer.

In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Sitetracker.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and enhance Agile development practices within the team.
• Consult with stakeholders to present solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Monitor and adjust capacity plans effectively.
• Drive collaboration in planning and execution across the entire organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years Salesforce Developer experience, with Apex and Lightning.
• 2+ Experience in a Scrum / Agile software development environment.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and coding.
• Ability to plan and execute change through a formalized change management process.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent domain.
• This position requires that the candidate be permanently authorized to work in the United States.
