Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will facilitate business needs and requirements for the State Public Sector, working closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Intermediate understanding of business analysis concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Self-directed with strong personal initiative.
• Experience in client relationship management preferred.
• Working towards or completed a Business Analysis certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Experience in eliciting and modeling requirements.
