Overview

The Manager Internal Audit is dedicated to providing independent and objective assurance designed to add value and improve enterprise-wide operations. This role will lead the execution and reporting of risk-based internal audits within Prime.

In Short

  • Lead the internal audit department and establish auditing standards.
  • Develop and execute assigned audits on the annual audit plan.
  • Provide expertise in identifying and assessing controls.
  • Manage audit projects and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Evaluate operating controls and processes for compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations for process improvement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with management at all levels.
  • Maintain effective relationships with operational management.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
  • 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
