Internal Audit Manager - Remote

Overview

The Internal Audit Manager will establish key partnerships with internal teams to implement and maintain effective internal controls, particularly in accounting and financial processes, aligning with the strategic vision of the area.

In Short

• Lead and contribute to an adequate internal control environment.
• Coordinate and perform control design and effectiveness assessments.
• Provide guidance on internal control matters.
• Evaluate impacts to control environment from new acquisitions.
• Monitor and report control deficiencies.
• Liaison with External Auditors regarding internal control changes.
• Build effective working relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in audit roles.
• SOX and Corporate Governance experience required.
• Knowledge of risk, controls, and internal audit standards required.
• Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence change and lead projects.
• Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA and Masters/MBA degrees are a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SAP is a plus.
