Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 10 years of experience in strategy and business development.
• Deep understanding of strategy, operations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to coach and collaborate with team members.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in the PBM industry preferred.
• Project management certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
