In Short

• Create engaging video content for digital platforms and performance campaigns, including editing, text, and sound design.
• Edit video material provided by content partners and UGC creators.
• Develop creative and informative teasers with compelling headlines, descriptions, and visual elements.
• Participate actively in topic research and idea generation.
• Support the conception and planning of new video formats.
• Contribute to content management, from reviewing and archiving to preparing and uploading content.
• Film independently and have experience with modern video techniques; this task is project-based and not part of your daily routine.

Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in editing, media design, or communication design with a focus on video, or demonstrate natural talent in this area.
• Proficient in common editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good sense for 2D motion graphics and quick implementation of animations and template adjustments.
• Experience in color correction and grading.
• Passionate about social media and digital trends, familiar with formats like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and Instagram feeds.
• Enjoy working in a team and are sociable.
• Ideally, have experience behind the camera as well.
