Overview

The Area Vice President is responsible for leading the overall relationship with health plan clients to ensure that client value is realized, as well as identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth of Press Ganey solutions.

In Short

  • Lead the overall relationship management with health plan clients.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and engage with the sales team.
  • Conduct presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide market insights and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of client needs.
  • Flexible to travel up to 50% or more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota carrying sales experience.
  • Experience in selling to health plans and/or TPAs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
