Community Event Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Community Event Specialist will help families across the country take the first step by guiding them through the RSVP process for free community education events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Customer service or call center experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
