Overview

The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for increasing student and learning coach engagement within the school to drive improved academic growth, providing consistent support throughout the student experience.

Requirements

• Two years of college and two years of experience in education.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Customer service focus and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online learning experiences.
• Ability to clear a required background check.
• Four years of college education preferred.
• Experience supporting adults and children in learning.
• Quick adaptation to new technology tools.
