Overview

The Project Manager – OncoGenius works cross-functionally across various teams to ensure the consistent tracking, measurement, and on-time delivery of client projects.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations across delivery teams.
• Create and own the delivery operations calendar.
• Lead internal team meetings to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address deviations.
• Build and maintain relationships with advisors.
• Process honorarium payments and maintain logs.
• Attend conferences to build and recruit relationships.
• Develop ad-hoc project timelines and reports.
• Educate team members on processes and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Health Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or pharma roles.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
