Project Manager - OncoGenius - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager – OncoGenius (within the Product Solutions Franchise) works cross-functionally across the OncoGenius franchise ensuring the consistent tracking, measurement, and on-time delivery of ongoing Client projects and incoming Client requests through ownership of our project management process.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations across delivery teams for optimal efficiency.
• Create and own the Vantage delivery operations calendar.
• Lead internal team meetings to ensure timely delivery of Vantage deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address deviations proactively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the OG advisor network.
• Process honorarium payments in Salesforce.
• Conduct advisor recruitment and manage the process weekly.
• Develop ad-hoc project timelines and manage internal meetings.
• Educate team members on company processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Health Management or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or pharma-related roles.
• Proven experience in program and project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
