In Short

• Manage day-to-day project management operations for clinical trials.
• Oversee study activities from start-up through closeout.
• Perform data upload and quality control functions.
• Maintain controlled documents including Master Project Files.
• Provide support functions for clinical sites and clients.
• Assist in the development of project and regulatory documents.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Provide guidance and training on the EXCELSIOR software.
• Communicate with sponsors, site staff, and other designated parties.
• Work independently and manage office tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, biological science, or business management preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical trial or project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to anticipate problem areas and apply creative solutions.
• Experience in managing clinical data and project documentation.
• Understanding of clinical trial protocols and software functionality.
