Managing Counsel Contracts - Remote

Overview

This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in Costa Rica. The role involves providing legal support and guidance related to client and vendor contract negotiation and other contractual matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in the local jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract law.
• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.
• Experience in a global organization preferred.
• Familiarity with contract management systems.
