Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager with a strong background in managing the contract lifecycle and a demonstrated ability to contribute to legal operations initiatives.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams for contract guidance.
• Develop and update contract templates and policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for contract management.
• Monitor contract obligations and ensure compliance.
• Act as system administrator of IronClad.
• Train internal stakeholders on CLM tools.
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned.
• Work is performed under limited supervision.
• Remote position with less than 10% travel required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for business issues.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• JD preferred or paralegal/contracts specialist with 7+ years of experience.
