Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst supports client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. The Data Analyst combines best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to projects, solving operational and analytical business problems. You will collaborate with and work closely with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.

In Short

• Understand and communicate client business issues and operating business rules.
• Execute and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Implement process improvements and identify opportunities.
• Stay current on new tools and techniques.
• Translate business needs to technology and vice versa.
• Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Assist engineering teams in implementing new procedures.
• Work on multiple client tasks and strengthen communication skills.
• Carry out secondary research as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Analytics Consulting is an advantage.
• Experience working with people in different time-zones.
• Experience delivering analytic results to clients.
