Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst supports client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Data Analyst combines best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to projects, solving operational and analytical business problems. You will collaborate with and work closely with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.

In Short

• Understand and communicate client business issues and operating business rules.
• Execute and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Implement process improvements and work with Senior Data Analyst.
• Stay current on new tools and techniques for process enhancement.
• Develop understanding of operational processes and technology.
• Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Assist engineering team in implementing new procedures.
• Conduct secondary research as needed.
• Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience with data mining tools like SQL.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Analytics Consulting is advantageous.
• Experience working with people in different time zones.
• Experience leading delivery of analytic results to clients.
