Content Manager, Proposals - Remote

Overview

The Precision AQ Proposals team is seeking an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support the development of custom capabilities presentations, responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), new business pitch presentations, case studies, and resources for our Sales team.

In Short

• Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings.
• Review RFIs and RFPs, applying key information critical to new business opportunities.
• Craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Drive conversations on effective communication for presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
• Follow and enforce organizational brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive copy feedback.
• Train colleagues on effective storytelling.
• Maintain slide libraries and content repositories.
• Optimize internal processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
