Client Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Client Finance Analyst I role is a fully remote position focused on assisting in the financial management of client portfolios, including reporting and month-end close duties.

In Short

• Assist with monthly project accounting efforts.
• Setup new projects in time & expense systems.
• Update project files for change orders and budget adjustments.
• Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions.
• Prepare client invoicing and follow up on past due invoices.
• Assist in preparation of monthly client accruals.
• Track project costs compared to contracted amounts.
• Update general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, including annual budget preparation.
• Support annual audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Agency or Professional Services experience preferred.
• Month end close experience is a plus.
• Revenue Recognition experience preferred.
• Project Accounting experience is a plus.
• Client Services/Client Facing experience preferred.
