In Short

• Maintain client project financials, including budget management, rate card maintenance, billing rule set up and maintenance.
• Help manage and prepare revenue reporting – Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FY.
• Revenue analysis and variance analysis.
• Assist preparing budget and forecasts.
• Analyze staffing, utilization and billability.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion.
• Help manage SOW review and processing.
• Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued and Deferred analysis.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration is required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, and Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must possess sound judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• 1+ years’ experience in Client Finance/FP&A/Finance experience.
• Experience with enterprise level financial systems essential; NetSuite/Open Air a plus.
• Experience working in Advertising/Public Relations firm essential.
