Client Finance Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with Client Finance Manager and VP of Finance on agency initiatives.
• Manage the production lifecycle from signed estimates to cost tracking.
• Ensure Production costs are tracking within budget.
• Maintain financial system with signed Production estimates and client contracts.
• Create and maintain management reports.
• Reconcile production costs against billed estimates.
• Review vendor purchase orders for approval.
• Support Finance team with ad hoc reporting.
• Assist in developing new processes and workflows.
• Support accounting team with administrative questions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with datasets and create narratives based on data.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Solution-oriented with great attention to detail.
• Proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of financial and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with major financial systems is a plus.
