In Short

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Finance Analyst.
• Manage the financial health of client accounts.
• Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in reviewing client contracts prior to execution.
• Support revenue recognition process in accordance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial support to client account teams.
• Produce monthly financial health reporting.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as directed.
• 3+ years of related financial and/or accounting experience required.

Requirements

• Experience in the advertising or marketing service industry preferred.
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge is critical.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Proficiency in financial software (NetSuite, Workfront, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to problem solve and manage problems effectively.
