Content Manager - Remote

Overview

As Squareshot is transitioning towards servicing more and more fashion & lifestyle brands, the importance of the brand is becoming undeniable. To support this brand-building process and increase our reach, we are looking for a Content Manager who will take part in strategizing, ideation, and execution of quality content in various mediums.

In Short

• Develop and implement content strategies and plans (inc. GTM).
• Build content briefs (inc. Squareshot magazine, newsletter, scenarios etc).
• Ensure timely delivery of content by managing calendars and schedules.
• Oversee content creation & quality (inc. editing, proofreading)
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms (creative/art direction).
• Analyze performance metrics and audience engagement.
• Build, distribute, and track newsletter performance.
• Generate creative and unique content ideas, topics, projects etc.
• Source & onboard freelancers.
• Produce podcast (ideation, scenarios, guests, team, oversee production).

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role with a portfolio demonstrating previous successes.
• Hands-on experience creating content in any of the following verticals: graphic design, journalism/writing, and/or video production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate both with in-house team members and external contributors.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including social media trends, SEO practices, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in audience growth and implementation of strategies.
• Fluent in written English. Excellent conversational English is a big plus.
• Interest in the content production industry and knowledge of the latest fashion trends is greatly welcomed.
