Content Producer - Remote

Overview

As a Content Producer, you’ll own the full content lifecycle across Squareshot’s podcast, video, blog, newsletter, and social media channels. You’ll blend storytelling strategy, production coordination, and creative direction to create consistent, high-quality content that reflects visual language and strengthens the brand.

In Short

• Define podcast strategy, format, and themes.
• Research, invite, and prepare guests for podcasts.
• Oversee recording, editing, and publishing of podcasts.
• Create short videos and text derivatives from podcast episodes.
• Manage the editorial calendar for blogs.
• Write, manage design, and send email campaigns.
• Plan content calendar across social media platforms.
• Curate new image sets for the Discover section.
• Build case studies from concept to final layout.
• Ensure visual and textual coherence with the brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing content across at least 3 of the following: podcast, video, blog, email, or social media.
• Strong visual and editorial taste. Ability to recognize and demand high quality.
• Writing and editing skills.
• Project management and coordination skills across multiple contributors.
• Understanding of content distribution formats and best practices.
• English proficiency.
