Business Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Business Operations Associate will work with management and employees throughout the organization to advance business objectives in operations, sales and marketing, and corporate functions.

In Short

• Actively support and help coordinate business operations projects.
• Coordinate and oversee execution/completion of special projects as needed.
• Perform data entry into various business operations software, trackers, databases, etc.
• Help manage and maintain company knowledge tracking, including company and employee experience tables.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports (including analytics and data tracking reports) as needed.
• Support internal and external customer inquiries.
• Support proposals and contracts teams as needed.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, partners, senior management, and other internal team members.
• Assist with company marketing/sales initiatives as needed.
• Participate in department, company, vendor, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
