Overview

The Regional Director, Sales will manage a sales team of Account Executives to drive Precisely software, data, and services sales into new and existing accounts. This role will have primary responsibility for the ASEAN region and will focus on achieving quotas and guiding the team in sales strategies.

In Short

  • Lead a sales team to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Provide leadership and motivation across the region.
  • Drive pipeline building activities.
  • Meet regularly with partners, prospects, and customers.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Guide the team in setting sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and motivate them.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Manage HR aspects of the team.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years managing an enterprise software sales team.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to create account plans and manage time effectively.
  • Experience coaching and training on sales techniques.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience working across the APAC region.
  • Enterprise data sales experience is a plus.
  • B2B selling experience preferred.
