In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA/APAC team.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong communication with the global Support Team.
  • Become a master of the Postman platform.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of customer interactions.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve the product.
  • Refine and enhance process efficiency and automation.
  • Continue to hire and build out the EMEA/APAC team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical support team.
  • Experience with the Postman platform.
  • Strong understanding of APIs.
  • Proven ability to impact product roadmap based on feedback.
