Portoro is a branded, tech-enabled property management company for premium vacation rental homes, seeking a highly organized HR Associate to support People and HR-related activities effectively.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day HR support across all departments.
• Maintain and own the Portoro HRIS system (Rippling).
• Manage the entire payroll process.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and issues.
• Support recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers.
• Oversee time and attendance systems.
• Coordinate and execute employee onboarding.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll updates.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and trends.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience across various disciplines.
• MUST have Rippling HRIS experience.
• Proven success managing multiple projects.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Experience managing payroll activities and systems.
