Associate Manager, Lifecycle & Web Experience - Remote

Overview

poppi is seeking a highly organized and agile Associate Manager, Lifecycle & Web Experience to own both sides of our digital relationship with consumers: direct communications and web presence.

In Short

• Serve as project manager and facilitator for all web development and design initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact with our web development agency
• Oversee site content updates, optimizations, QA/QC, and performance improvements
• Manage Shopify backend operations for merchandise
• Support Shopify POS for events and pop-ups
• Own lifecycle strategy and execution across email and SMS
• Analyze and report on key KPIs across lifecycle and web platforms
• Maintain alignment between brand priorities and digital touchpoints
• Stay updated on emerging tools and trends in digital marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or web operations
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive
• Experience working with Shopify
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices
• Exceptional time and project management skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills for reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
