In Short

• Provide top-notch assistance to the Advisor Team.
• Support customers through the life insurance application process.
• Advocate for customers and communicate with partners.
• Handle a high volume of policy-servicing requests.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be highly organized and results-oriented.
• Work 1-2 shifts per week from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
• Possess superb attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Effective problem-solving skills are essential.
• Passion for helping clients is a must.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus.
