In Short

  • moozoom seeks an experienced, bilingual, passionate and purpose-driven customer success specialist.
  • This role is key to supporting thousands of young students, worldwide.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and product adoption in K-8 schools.
  • Serve as the main contact for teachers and administrators.
  • Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) of key client accounts.
  • Build customer success processes and interpret data for learner outcomes.
  • Manage customer accounts with regular check-ins via email, phone, and Google Meet.
  • Create materials for driving adoption, such as presentations and webinars.
  • Assist in contract renewals by presenting learner outcomes.
  • Drive upsell and expansion in existing schools and districts.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Former educator preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and build KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Passion for education and mental health.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with software teams.
  • Experience in sales presentations is a plus.
