Junior Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

Polaroid is looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join our international Group Finance team. This role involves working closely with the Group Director of Control to support financial operations.

In Short

• Assist with monthly closing and financial report preparation.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Support internal controls implementation and documentation.
• Process incoming invoices and review financial data in ERP.
• Participate in internal meetings and capture key action points.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial risk analysis.
• Act as a contact point during audits or data requests.
• Contribute to financial process improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Accurate, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
• Open to occasional travel to Enschede.
• Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
