Overview

An Integrated Payments Specialist will support customers in adopting and implementing the payments platform while ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams and partners.

In Short

  • Act as a key operational arm of the Integrated Payments initiative.
  • Make 20–40 outbound calls daily to existing customers.
  • Set and confirm appointments with Payments Account Managers.
  • Log all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Send follow-up communications via Gmail and Google Sheets.
  • Work with partners like GPI and Stripe to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate new location onboarding and address implementation issues.
  • Ensure successful credential setup for customers.
  • Manage customer enablement across internal teams.
  • Track performance metrics such as outbound calls and customer go-lives.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
  • Energetic and confident phone presence.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be available during U.S. CST hours for 20 hours a week.
