Account Manager: Migration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager: Migration Specialist is a critical role within the sales organization facilitating growth for our current customers. The Migration Specialist is responsible for consulting, scoping, and facilitating the migration to new products for our current customer base while creating an environment that reduces churn and maximizes the customer’s lifetime value.

In Short

• Generate and respond to opportunities for product migrations within the current customer base.
• Complete effective discovery calls focused on learning the prospect’s challenges.
• Provide solution recommendations and tailored product demonstrations.
• Understand the prospect’s goals, plans, timeline, budget, and decision-making process.
• Communicate accurate business value alignment between the prospect and the recommended solution.
• Understand software licensing and pricing models.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

• 2 years proven sales experience and/or experience in the rental industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Focused attention to detail.
• Ability to respond and react to customers in a timely manner.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Hunger for continuous learning/improvement.
• Ability to follow a prescribed sales process.
