We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager and Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the performance of our Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, and DE). This role is integral to managing our product listings, ensuring account health, and improving logistics and shipment processes. You will also collaborate closely with our PPC team, brand management, and creative services to enhance overall sales performance and customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central for US, Canada, UK, and DE marketplaces.
  • Optimize back-end data, including SKU attributes, UPCs, and category assignments.
  • Monitor and improve Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores.
  • Set up and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments.
  • Create and optimize FBA shipments and manage logistics.
  • Generate weekly reports on key metrics.
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings.
  • Develop and optimize Enhanced Brand Content for product listings.
  • Handle Brand Registry processes and manage unauthorized seller issues.
  • Support and review Amazon PPC performance.

Requirements

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and shipment processes.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Experience in brand management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
