Senior Certinia and Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Certinia (fka FinancialForce) Application Administrator leads the administration, optimization, and support of our Certinia solution within the Salesforce platform. They are a key member of the IT team, responsible for the technical leadership of our Certinia application, working closely with Finance, IT, and Business Operations teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with company objectives.

• Lead administration and optimization of Certinia within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce and Certinia administration experience.
• Proven experience with Certinia ERP and PSA modules.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and data migrations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
